Where do you offer your services?

While we are based out of Hillsborough, NJ, we provide services throughout the state of New Jersey depending on the requested service, distance, and time.**

We currently serve surrounding areas, from Morris county to Mercer. 

 

**additional fees may apply depending on distance from Hillsborough if job is accepted

 

Are you Insured?

Yes! We are insured through Business Insurers of the Carolinas, LLC and take both your pet’s safety and our caretakers safety very seriously.

Do I have to have a Meet & Greet appointment?

Yes. To ensure the comfortability of the pets, the owners and our team, we require to meet before any services start.

 

We may be able to accommodate a last minute or emergency meet and greet request—contact us directly. 

How does payment work?

We currently accept payment in the form of cash, personal check (made out to all tails pet care), Zelle, Venmo, or Credit Card through the Pet Pocketbook software.

Payment for services must be made by the first day of service or scheduled care will be canceled. 

 

What times can you care for my pet?

We try to keep your pets schedule as close to ‘normal’ as possible, so we are willing to come as early as 6am and as late as 11pm**.

We will give you a 2 hour time frame of when we will arrive based on the clients scheduled for that day and all of the pets routines.

How do I request care?

If you are a client, you will be invited to join our pet care family on the software, Pet Pocketbook, where you are able to request visits, review your past services, and make payments via CC.

We also review/accept care requests via email or text for existing clients if we are provided all necessary info. 

 

 

New clients will need to first have a meet and greet appointment, or reach out to us 

directly for special circumstances.
